DataWind's first tablet device, the UbiSurferTouch7, is priced at a breakthrough price of only £99, yet still incorporating a year of free internet access.
Sporting a vibrant 7” capacitive, multi-touch screen the UbiSurferTouch7 comes with an embedded cellular modem and SIM that allows 30 hours per month of free internet access across the UK mobile network. Getting connected is as easy as a swipe of the screen, with no requirements for signing lengthy contracts, credit-checks, or monthly fees.
The ultra-thin, ultra-portable UbiSurferTouch7 is perfect for mobility, as it doesn’t limit the user to WiFi hotspots. Mobile network connectivity allows access to email, Facebook, Twitter, banking, travel, entertainment and billions of other pages on the web, while on a bus, train or at the beach -- anytime & anywhere. WiFi connectivity makes the UbiSurferTouch7 ultra-fast, but even on mobile networks; web pages are downloaded in 5 seconds on average, due to DataWind’s patented acceleration technology.

Heavy users can opt for unlimited access for only £5.99 a month. Roaming across Europe and the US is only 5p per minute.
